Pastry Cook 1	Day	1	Bakery	The Pastry Cook is responsible for the preparation of baked buns, cakes, biscuits and pastry goods.
Line Cook	Swing	2	Gallagher's Steakhouse	The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of all grilled, deep-fried, cold pantry, and sautéed items, in addition to all breakfast orders. He/She is also responsible for proper plate presentation of all assigned station items. The Line Cook works in a high-volume area preparing a wide variety of items. This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures, and within the framework and intent of Ark Las Vegas standards.
